Smile cutting windshield frame

what is the best tool to cut a windshield frame to make it smooth to be able to line it up with the recipient frame

Welcome to the site.

Easy answer would be, whatever tools are available to you and what your most comfortable with using.

Cut both pieces long and grind/finish to fit.

4 1/2" cutoff wheel on a angle grinder works for me, or a sawzall
