gas tank question

i have a 67 suburban and i need to find a gas tank that i can use that wont hang to low. the reason i need to find one that does not hang to low is because the tank i have is about a 45-50 gallon tank and has no sending unit, and my suburban will also be laying frame so thats why i need a different tank.thanks in advance.

Re: gas tank question

If I'm not mistaken the Blazer tank is only like 21-25 gallons, so it should not hang as low as your 40-gal. unit. Most of the Board Vendors have them and I think they are around 2-Benjamins for the whole kit. Naturally you could get a super-sano Aluminum or Stainless Steel tank from any number of sources, which tuck up quite nicely.
Shoot us some pics when you get this sled layin' frame.....I bet it will look sick!

Re: gas tank question

I'm running an aluminum tank from classic performance products that doesn't hang too low. I'm not sure if the suburban tamk is much different. Here is the website: check it out http://www.classicperform.com/
