Looks fairly easy to do, weld a plate on the bottom side of the lower a-arm mount a cup to that. And just the normal plate mounted to the crossmember for the top bag mount??? Am I missing something? OH YEA remove the torsion bars and the adjuster crossmember.
Anyone done it??? I dont want to lay frame just be able to drop it down.

Re: air bagging a torsion bar truck(61)???????
Hi buddy, i'm in the process of doing it right now. I'm using 1/4" mild plate. For the bottom plate i am bolting it inside the arm (lower part) and i have also bolted in the top plates. I am using re7's after hearing there pretty good. Only snag is that the lower ball joints have a third bolt which fixes to a small crossmember between the lower arms and the bag just rubs this. I am gonna remove this and attach the third bolt to my lower plate which should give me better clearence
