converting to dual headlights?
I have a 63 wiring harness, is it as easy as just plugging a 60-61 grille and harness in?
Or will I have to change a bunch of stuff? |

Re: converting to dual headlights?
Having not done it, you can take this as you'd like but the only difference in the front harnesses should be the two connectors (each side) for dual headlights as opposed to one.
If you can make the grill work, the electric should be easy. (BTW, I wouldn't bother with a harness, I'd just fab up my own) |

Re: converting to dual headlights?
Seriously consider upgrading to headlight relays. The factory harness feeds power to the headlights thru the headlight switch without using a relay. This is a hefty (read as ridiculous) load to be switching that way. It leads to headlight switch and dimmer switch failure. By using relays, your headlights will be noticeably brighter and safer, plus your switches will last forever.

Re: converting to dual headlights?
+1 on the relays, I didn't suggest it 'cause I figured everyone else had already done it.
