4WD 4 Core rad shroud - Central PA
Good shape but has a crack on the bottom that could be epoxied (outlined in red), the dark black was rain water, not grease!
$50 + shipping

Re: 4WD 4 Core rad shroud - Central PA
i'll get you the measurements. I don't think it's been cut. Appears original to me. I can compare it to another shroud that I have. This one came off my 68 K-10 so I would guess it's all good.

Re: 4WD 4 Core rad shroud - Central PA
Here's some pics...
28.5" from center hole to center hole on top (overal is a little wider), 9" deep, 18 - 18.5 center hole center hole on bottom width, overall height (top to bottom) is about 21" or so. I zoomed in on the worst area (besides the crack) and it just looks like the factory did a sloppy job building it, hasn't been cut as far as I can see... That area in the last picture could be sanded and smoothed and the crack can be fixed with epoxy, and never noticed. This is what he needs if he has a 67-72 4WD with a 4 core. Might even fit smaller rads too... Let me know...

Re: 4WD 4 Core rad shroud - Central PA
Looks like I might be able to ship it for $16 if I wrap it in plastic (heavy saran wrap stuff), guard the tabs with cardboard and go FEDEX (insured). If I have to box it up then it will be higher.
I'll get it to you for $60 total if that will work for him.

Re: 4WD 4 Core rad shroud - Central PA
only difference would be the thickiness then, the 2WD engines are a few inches forward aren't they?
In that case you could cut a few inches off this one and get rid of that crack at the same time. The stuff isn't that brittle so a jigsaw should breeze right through it.

Re: 4WD 4 Core rad shroud - Central PA
mike we looked at his and his fan already sits way into the shroud, like way to far, someone has put a diffrent motor in it plus they set the crossmeber foward also, so hes kinda inbetween going with a diffrent radiator, so if someone else wants it let em have it, if you take it to carsile we may see ya there . thanks for taking the time for the measurements, tony
