Thanks Shane!

Shane sent me some extra alum spacers for Coys wheels that he had made up a while back. They've been sitting on my desk waiting for the call of duty. Well..... it came this weekend. I swapped 'shoes' on the 74 & took it out for my birthday over the weekend.

Thanks again Shane. I have forwarded the good-will sent to me on to others. Maybe we'll start a trend like the movie (Pay It Forward).....

Building a small, high rpm engine with the perfect bore, stroke and rod ratio is very impressive.

Your truck looks sweet with them Coys. What was the reason for needing backspacers? Do all Coys require them?

The 'nose' of the brake rotors hub interferes w/the center cap.

Re: Thanks Shane!

Question SCOTI, I see a little something behind the right rear tire, is that an original paint truck? Because that's in amazing shape if it is.

Yep, it's all original. The pics help it some, but it is a really nice survivor.

Hey Shane, can you hook "another" brother up?
Scoti you know everyone is going to ask, so post the specs on the tire size and wheel backspace.

Yep, that's what I refer to as a 'natural weep hole' in the metal. The front fenders & pass door has some issues as well. As Ken mentioned, the pics make it look better than reality (but it holds its own). It appears to have been repainted many, many years ago but it's difficult to tell. The patina look that's all the rage is the actual stage the color is in now but it's a survivor.

Re: Thanks Shane!

That's the pefect truck in my opinion, looks good, sits good, and can get some road scars from driving without freaking you out.

Re: Thanks Shane!

Congrats, and kudos to Shane Would the roof have been painted white from the factory? I've never seen one like that before, just curious if it was an option or not.
