Nice color combo. Our truck style would look good with this especially with the stainless trim!

It looks very close to 1983 Porsche "ruben rot",(rubine red). It was used on the V-8 powered 928's.

buzz around some new car lots until you see a color that you like, then just figure out what it is , or get the paint code out of the trunk, and you are set.
My favorite is 1995 caddy eldorado metalflake dark green. someday I will paint a car that color....... |

Cadillac had that color years back.It was Firmist Plum or something like that.I painted a`52 truck with it and it really is nice.That was in acrylic enamel.BC/CC urethane would be juicey.

I was going to use the silver color in the truck but not for the top. The top would be your standard white along with the inside of the trim. The interior and engine would be the silver color..

Looks maybe like a Kandy Brandywine over a silver base. Gorgeous, and one of my favorite paint colors.
