i know theres some people out there who have been satisfied with AIM industries but theres so many horror stories about them (including my own) that i wouldnt trust them for anything

just look at these lame marketing schemes they pull. yes airbagit.com is actually AIM, same as ricky racer, and another 3 or 4 companys. pretty sad when you have to make up new names to hide your reputation.

Well it all depend on what you buy from them. Hard to go wrong with air tanks, air line, and bags.

first thing i learned about AIM items is dont buy there sht. i went to a few shop and almost all of then had a aim product behind the desk that was broken, from springs to brackets.

true, it is hard to go wrong on certain things

but after you pay AIMS high shipping charges your price is almost at that of which it would have been if you went through a legit company.

anyways they dont make their money off selling cheap shoddy stuff. they like to send you the wrong stuff or even damaged goods and then when you return them theyll smack you will a 33% restocking fee and no refund on shipping.

to me saving 10%, 15% even 25% purchasing through them isnt worth it, their customer service is crap and i dont want to support a company who rips off so many fellow truckers.

I have bought some parts from AIM and felt they were very helpful. I went into the warehouse and they knew a lot. If others have had problems I apologize. As far as shipping, if theres something somebody wants i can get it from them and ship it elsewhere. I wont charge you anything. thanks, Sean

i'm a victim too, hate AIM, high shipping costs, wrong parts, no tech/sales support, false promises, stiffed on return shipping, poor products, and piss poor fit.

there is a big difference when you can walk into a shop and pickup your stuff.

i dont think ive heard of anyone who got stiffed by purchasing direct from them in person.
