TUCSON PINKS ALL OUT on "In Demand"

As was mentioned in another thread.... just checked to see if our own "Marv Davis" is on PINKS ALL OUT..... and he IS.

If your not familiar with "In Demand" it's shows that are offered by most networks for viewing.... usually "reruns" .... but in this case the NEW season debut of PINKS ALL OUT is currently being show before it is scheduled to air on it's premire date (next week... Thursday, July 17th ????)

It is sooooooo COOL to see Marv's truck in action..... kickin' butt.... making us all of us here on the Chevy Truck Form proud & able to say "hey.... I KNOW that guy".

Nice racing Marv..... NICE TRUCK.

It does seem UNFAIR.... I know a custom bike builder who competed on the Discover Channel's "Biker Build-Off" shows & each time he was given a DVD of his show from the network.

I just got an idea..... send me the Prize $$$$$ and I'll send ya my TV so you can watch it!!!! HA!!!

Seriously, Hang in there buddy ..... only a few days now.

It's WORTH the wait. Not only the because of the racing.... the whole show was done better than any PAO in the past. From the opening views of Arizona desert & mountains , the two cowboys having gunfight showdown to the awesome race footage..... ahhhhhh..... you are going to like.

We will definately be recording the show when it aires so we can have it in our DVR's video library to watch anytime.

Gonna watch it again tonight.... MARV you're invited to come over and watch it with us .... pizza and "COLD draft beer" on tap..... and while you're here you can take a look at our C10 and help us do ...... ha!!!!

In our hometown area (Pittsburgh, PA) our cable TV provider (Comcast) offers "On Demand" service as part of its DIGITAL TV service.

The service provides primarily movies & sporting events both for free & pay-per-view.... in addition it also has "on Demand" for the major TV networks which offer shows which are mostly reruns.... for example...HBO had the "Sorpanos" (all episodes from all seasons) "ON demand" after the series came to an end.

In the case of the Speed Channel.... for some reason they have the NEW PINKS ALL OUT available for viewing "On Demand" BEFORE it is scheduled to aire in its regular premire time slot.

Plus what is nice about "on Demand" is you can watch it "over & over" again .... anytime of the day or night.... you chose what you want to watch and when you want to watch it. It's a GREAT to have..... 100's of shows & movies to watch which are ALWAYS available "On Demand"

Here at firebird (1200' elevation) in good air it will go 12.oh's, At SIR 3040' elevation,, 12.3's to 12.5's.. through the mufflers, on DOT's just the way I drive it around town. Add 120 degrees and sstinking summer air and it's 12.3 - 12.6 here at Firebird,, add .3 for Tucson

It's really nothing that special Joey,, Until just a few weeks ago,,, A ductile iron crank, GM x rods, SRP 4.040 flat top pistons, a set of AFR race ready 210 heads flat milled to 70cc, and a SuperVic intake with one of Patricks XC series carbs. Cam is a Crane hydraulic roller 236/246ish with .58 lift, Hooker Supercomp headers, Hughes TH350 with a brake, 5.43 gears and Hoosier 33x22.50-15 QT Pros. I must say, taking out the bigblock Nova on national TV was a hoot,,,, but treeing (or would it be 'arming) Dave Workman in the final 2 hot laps was the ultimate. Dave is a hard core NHRA Super Stock racer that does nothing but travel around the country racing the NHRA events. I race with him in ADRA and he is a TOUGH customer to get around when it comes to a real tree start. He may look old and senile,, but NEVER underestimate the old dawgs His r/t's in competition are stellar.

Again.,... thanks guys.

that old dude was cool i like the "no talk let me race" attitude but i liked how you were just having fun and kicking ass the whole time that was totally *****IN!

"nothing really special" and it takes down a big block nova for fun....that must be alot of nothing really special put together to make "nothing but ass whoopin"

Re: TUCSON PINKS ALL OUT on "In Demand"

Speed shows P.A.O. on Thursdays at 9 eastern. TVguide or dishnetwork guide shows the schedule LONG before SpeedTV (if that helps)

My guess is when this season has ran,, we'll all be sick and tired of seeing the re-runs over and over and over.
