Re: 72 Nova headers on truck
68-72 or 74 nova have the same sub frame as the 67-69 camaro i believe, so they should work.

Re: 72 Nova headers on truck
Morning, Yes the subframes are interchangeable. I have a set of headers for the first gen Camaro (full length) and I looked at them & compared them to the set of headers I removed from my truck and the big difference seemed to be that the Camaro headers did not have as much distance (vertical) from the exhaust port flanges to the bottom primary pipes where they make the turn to the back, compared to the correct truck headers. Now I'm talking a set that came off my '77 I have no idea how far down the 67-72 needs to be. With all that said they might have fit... but they would of been very close to the floor board firewall area. You would really need to do a trial fit to make sure, or wait for a positive confirmation from someone else who has done it successfully.
God Bless, Terry |

Re: 72 Nova headers on truck
I tried the correct ruck headers, but they hung down way to low, so I thought that I would give the Camaro headers a try and I am happy with the fit. It is really close to the frame on the passanger side and close to the lower control arm on the drivers side but it works and they don't hang down to the ground.
