Re: fog lights

Before they started selling that replacement bumper with the integrated fog lights I thought it would be cool to put a 71-72 bumper on my 69-70 nose and use the 71-72 turn signal cut-outs for fog lights. Well it takes me a heck of a long time to get something done so some time after that replacement bumper came out I finally got my bumper on. My truck is a 4x4 so I had to locate the not so common 71-72 4x4 front bumper brackets. I had a junk set of 71-72 turn signals that I took apart to mount the Wal*Mart fog lights on. I used a relay under the hood switched on from a switch in my cab.

Re: fog lights

The bumper came with wiring, relays, switch and instructions with diagram.
I bought it on e-Bay from Southern Kentucky Classics.

Re: fog lights

It was pretty simple, the most time involved was laying out the wire routing. Had to buy extra wire to route it how I wanted it. I mounted it to one of the screws on the metal steering column cover at bottom of gauge panel leftside.
