Help Me Fill in the blanks

i have been working on getting the options of my 68 written down- i was able to get all these off the glove box but there are some option numbers i can't read. where ever there is a - i am missing one letter/number. if anybody could tell me what i am missing i would greatly appericate it. and if something isnt right tell me too because eventualy i will be making a new one.

in my red book it shows the cst as z84 code

cant find the tinted glass or rear springs

i am kinda new to all this so could some one explain what the last 2 letters on the option number on the spid mean?
