Question Questions about interior holes on "new" cab

Acquired a bare cab today from a previously well-optioned '72 A/C truck. I was told it had the Cheyenne package. Wondering what some of the holes are for.

The first pic shows three holes in a triangle shape centered above the windshield. What goes there?

The second pic attempts to show about a million holes surrounding the rear window. I assume they're trim holes. Anyone have a picture to show me what fills those holes?

the first pic is the ombo of two things, the lower are for visor hooks, the upper is for one of the screw that helps hold the head liner in place. was the truck a camper truck? It looks like some type of camper boot to seal/crawl through was there at one time.

Thanks! I have no idea what the history of the cab is, unfortunately. At least now I know what the front holes are. My truck was about as sparsely optioned as possible so I don't know nuffin' 'bout interior trim.
