2 tone paint
What year did GM start the two tone paint jobs.This is probably common knowledge to you guys but I am kinda new to these trucks and would like to know.

I'm assuming you mean '67 - 72's, and if so, it started in 1967. The first below is the 67-68 two tone paint scheme and the second is the '69 - '72 two tone paint scheme.

BTW, this 2 tone scheme was also available from '69 - '72 as well.

Thank you,, yes they are 17's I cant remember the size of the tires but I could tell you in the morning as the truck is at my shop....
