I would like to keep the look of the o.e. but am will to upgrade if there is a bolt in or almost bolt in upgrade , i.e. aluminum radiator upgrade . I have not been able to find any info on such a thing so far . All you 6 CYLINDER Fans ,where are you ? Any help I would appreciate .

Re: 6 cylinder radiator upgrade
If you want a non cross flow radiator like the original in aluminum then you can try one of these http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/_Car-...3756.m14.l1318 I got a cross flow because they cool better and my install looks like this.

Re: 6 cylinder radiator upgrade
You have a couple of options if you want to remain stock.
See if there is a local radiator shop that will recore your radiator. This is usually not the cheapest, but it will give you a quality drop in. Second is to go to the vendors and buy a repop. They are usually fairly close to the original in fit. I only checked one vendor, www.gmcpauls.com and he shows them in his catalog. I'm sure others do to. If you go the aluminum route, and want it to look stock, get some black radiator paint. Regular enamel is thicker and hinders the heat transfer.
