350 Vortec Motor: Fresh built-low mileage-half price!
It is an '87 350 (NOT Vortec heads) built with hyperutechtic (sp)pistons, Crower cam, Edel Perf intake, Carter Comp carb & worked HEI.
The engine is clean, the hoses fresh, the high torque starter shines as everything was new when it got in a small wreck (see the SWB bed in another thread). It runs perfect! and has 160+ lbs compression. $1,000 complete. If you are up in the Olympia, WA area this weekend...stop by & take a listen to it...or bring tools and pull it to take with you. I just learned from "PUMPKIN"-Bob that the heads are TBI heads, rather than Vortec. Sorry, but the price still stays at $1,000 (fresh long block, cam, intake, carb, HEI)...cost over $2,000.
