Re: 66 shop manuel
Most everything is covered in the 1963 manual. There is a small supplement that came out for the '66
I think I found mine online...maybe over at that bay store. Last edited by ol Curt; 07-30-2008 at 07:06 PM. |

Re: 66 shop manuel
You can find the '60-'66 Chevy/GMC Truck Factory Assembly Manual and the '63 Chevy Truck Shop Manual and '1966 Chevy Truck Shop Manual Supplement:
www.classicparts.com as well as on eBay: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/60-66...mZ190239316823 and http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1966-...mZ290248568335 I also recommend the 1966 Chevy Truck Accessory Installation Manual: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/CHEVR...mZ250274794983 I highly recommend both, if you are interested in everything there is to know about 4-5-6 Chevy trucks. They are well worth the investment. Last edited by LILRED66; 07-30-2008 at 07:17 PM. |

Re: 66 shop manuel
I consider them to be the most used tool in my toolbox. The factory assembly manual can also be a help, especially if you have a truck that has been hacked. It is filled with drawing that show how and where most everything is installed, put together from the illustrations used to train and assist the factory assembly crews.

Re: 66 shop manuel
yeah, and you can amuse yourself for about an hour looking at stuff in the assembly manual before you find what you really wanted!

Re: 66 shop manuel
I used some small "Post-It" tabs to ear-mark the sections that I use frequently.
