4x4 700r4 trans and NP205 adapter for sale in Texas...out of my '72 K25

Hi Guys,
Selling the 700r4 with NP205 adapter that came with the '72 K25 I bought a few months back. Trans shifts great...super clean inside. The previous owner had installed behind the 454 he swapped in the truck. I'm only removing because I plan to do a lot of heavy towing with this rig so am installing a 4L80e. The adapter I think is from Advanced Adapters...there's no markings on it...the trans output shaft has been cut down to mate with the stock NP205 transfer case...nicely done.
I would prefer to sell as a whole deal, but if you want the trans or adapter separately, I will consider that as well. I prefer a pick up, but I will strap it to a pallet and drop off to the shipping terminal of your choice as long as it is located in Austin, TX. There will be a nominal charge if I have to do that.
Price: $425 for the trans with adapter.

How much for the adaptor shipped to 21771,if Chris takes the 700r4?I thought about taking it all.But,it may make more sense to use a local transmission.

I'm very interested. I just need some time to learn a few things.. Does this come with the coupler?
My questions I need to figure out are:
length - same as th350?
shift linkage - what needs to be done?
weight - how much?
including - torque converter?
and I need to find out about any years or variations in the 700R4 if there is a better year or model..

TIA for any answers you have. I'll be working on the trans model and anything else I can find out.

hsflstf, I assume it is the same length...the transfer case was in the stock location. The shift linkage was stock. Includes torque converter. Coupler was the stock 27 spline coupler in the stock T350 adapter. Do you have the stock T350 adapter already? Weight? I don't know. I'll weigh it tomorrow with/without the converter. Would be nice if it could go Greyhound bus shipping, but I think they have a 105lb weight limit. Maybe two boxes...one tranny...one converter.

Years ago when the 700r4 came out people didn't like them so they would take them out and put th350s back in. The problem was/is the 700 is about 3 inches longer than a 350 so some company (i don't know the name) made those adapters to put behind short tailshaft (not 4x4) 350s to take up the space so their driveshafts didn't need messed with. It's more of a spacer than an adapter because outputs on 350's and 700's are the same.
Is that adapter about 3 inches wide? I have actually seen quite afew of them. It suprises me that someone used it on a 700 because that would sit the t-case 6 inches farther back from stock unless they moved the motor up. Or a combination of the two, motor 3 in up t-case would be 3 in back
