I need some help with lowering

I dont know much about lowering and i was going to see if you guys could give me some tips and stuff.
What is the cheapest but best way to go im wanting it to be pretty low, i was thinking about putting the monte carlo springs in the back but i dont think it will be low enough.
And i have no clue on how im supposed to lower the front im not sure what i need to buy.
