I am going crazy trying to locate the passenger side dash trim for an 84 Silverado with no air vents... I have found tons of them with the silver trim and vents, but none with silver trim and no vents. Any suggestions?

I don't think you'll find a Silverado that was equipped without AC. It was part of the package. I could be wrong, maybe someone else can chime in here pretty quickly. I can look at home, I have a couple of those dash trims. The one that has no vents is black if I remember correctly, off a Custom Deluxe.

silverados did come without air as i have one but yes i agree most pieces you come across are for air trucks

That's interesting... I have never seen another non-air Silverado in my area, but my 84 is a real Silverado, with a Canadian VIN. Maybe it was available there without A/C, it definately has a cooler weather package, including the three-blade fan.

I have a 1984 Silverado without AC.

If you dont find one I can take a look at the junkyard next time I go. Theyve got at least 30 81-87 Chevy's there
