Bench Seat Track

I just bought a bench seat out of an 84 truck. From browsing through old threads, it seems that the new seat and tracks will bolt right in to my 75. The tracks on my old seat are junk and the new tracks don't slide too well. Is there any way to take the new tracks apart to clean and grease them well?

Re: Bench Seat Track

I would just shoot some spray grease in there and call it good.
It took your old ones 33 years to wear out
And yes the seat will bolt right in.

Re: Bench Seat Track

you can try cleaning the tracks out first with carb cleaner then re greasing them with white grease or wd 40
