Door lock cylinders

Just how would I go about taking out a door lock cylinder? I've managed to lose the only key to my truck (Drunken fun), broken into it, and now can't take out the ignition (need to have the key to take off the beauty ring). I've got the door panel off and the next step is to take out this lock to get a key made. I've looked at it and I think I have the idea, but would like some input before I rip this thing apart.

Re: Door lock cylinders

There is a clip holding it in, use like a screwdriver to pop it off.

There was no driving involved. I locked the truck, sat on the tailgate, drank, went inside my house, and my key is missing. Somewhere between my truck, the tailgate, my barn, and my yard, it's gone.
