Does this get you excited

I took a pix that I found on here (thanks BillyDonn) and ran it thru a photoshop to see if I the color scheme I had in mind would work. So what do you think? Does it look good or just plain stupid?

Re: Does this get you excited

I am thinking of a flat black strip down the hood for when the sun reflects off the hood and blinds me at that certain time of day. As for the stripes. I can do with or without them so I guess I am neutral. If you like it then go for it. I can say that the salmon color is not my favorite but that is me and it is your truck.

Re: Does this get you excited

Nice job. I have the same truck, and I was toying with the same idea, but still unsure if I like it enough to attempt it.
I envisioned wider stripes, maybe widen them toward the outsides a little.
Just a thought.

Re: Does this get you excited

Props on the skills. But sorry - the colors dont work for me. Flames, scallops, pinstrip, 2-tones paint schemes and such work on these trucks. Racing stripes belong on certain cars - IMO. But its your rig and if ya dig it - do it.

IMO it would look better with the stripes a little wider and in white or white pearl. Just a thought. Jerry

Re: Does this get you excited

I like the stripe idea, but not so much the color combo.. Maybe a dark blue paint scheme with dark gunmetal stripes?
