Can someone shed some light on how to remove the old bushing out of the trailing arms. Thanks in advanced.

If reusing the metal shells to run poly bushings, use a torch. Let them burn a little, then dig out the crusty rubber bits. If you are replacing with stock replacements drive them out with a press, then press in the new ones.

Torch, socket to fit the steel sleeve and a bfh thats how we got a buddy of mines out, i dont think we used steel sleeve over though.

When I replaced my ends near the axle. I took a drill with a really small bit and drilled around the inner sleeve 5 or 6 places almost like a star. Then after the holes where in I took a small torch and heated up the rubber some and hit the sleeve with a socket and a hammer and it came right out. There wasn't any rubber to clean out since I didn't rely on the torch.

Why drill I thought well maybe the flame can cook through the holes and it seemed to work pretty well.

I did get them removed, I burned the bushing out, then I used a sawza and cut through the metal outer shell, then I pounded it till it was out. The new ones were in seconds flat. Thanks for all the help.
