yep, that was going to be another question, where/how do you hook that up?

it also has a speed warning light in it and tandem (tandm) lock light. Haven't seen that before. Crazy cool.

Re: my good deed

What were the standard gauges, just the speedo, fuel, volts, and temp? or what?

Re: my good deed

volts, fuel, oil pressure, temp, speedo, could also get a vacuum gauge on the left and tach on the right
or you got fuel, speedo and dummy lights

Re: my good deed

Speedo, Oil pressure, Water temp, Amps, Fuel.....unless it came with idiot lights. Then it was Speedo & Fuel and 3 warning lights.

Re: my good deed

Oh, cool. I suppose if our truck had power brakes it would have a vacuum gauge. It would be cool to have that tach, tho......

Are you sure yours doesn't have power brakes? The brake booster is located under the cab behind the running board on the drivers side.

Re: my good deed

i believe the vacuum gauge was to keep an eye on economy....
and if you had the knowledge you could troubleshoot your engine with it...
don't think it had anything to do with the power brake booster
