Hey Heather...

They are a rowdy bunch of guys over in general discussion with their "swimsuit comp" thread.

Do you want us 73-87 guys to bop over and give em hell??

gotta watch out for fellow 73-87 folks!

-Jeff

BTW - at least you are getting "positive" reviews!

Gone too far

Yeah guys...I think it's gone too far.

I'm not too sure what to say over there. The first pic someone posted of me off of MY site pissed me off but I didn't want to come across rude since they were trying to compliment me...I think.

So I just kind of played along but now with the poll...I think it needs to stop. Plus, that poll pissed my husband off.

I know they said I can step in and stop it at anytime but this is the type of stuff I'm not too good at doing.

I've been trying to figure out how to tactfully tell them to knock it off.

Funny thing is, in a couple of weeks here I was going to revamp my truck site and dump those pics since I've always been a little uncomfortable about having them there from day 1. But I didn't figure anyone was noticing them so I wasn't in too much of a hurry.

So yeah, if you wanna step in, I'm all for it
Thanks! It's like I've got a bunch of big (and little) brothers I've never had

Damn sounds like I need to venture off on this board more. I just hit here and the other 73-87/91 section and that's it. I hope they don't do anything to PO one of our fellow posters (especially Heather )

I'm sorry guys and Heather.....

That's my board over there, and I missed that poll completely. Some guys on this site just think with the wrong head.....and I apologize. I closed and removed the thread. And I just want to say, no matter what, if anyone EVER has a complaint about anything at all, don't be hesitant to contact an administrator. That's what we're here for, to help. You can also contact me by PM, or email me direct at tjharvey@dtnspeed.net if there's ever a problem.

I would have to say that if you don't like what happened as I don't, not to visit the general side of the board. I used to frequent the general side but it has gotten way out of hand and there are some folks over there that are out of line and like to cause problems.
I think if it was my wife I would be having words with the people that offended her. But that is just me.
Don't get me wrong though there are a FEW nice people over there but sometimes they are hard to find amongst 6000+ members. alot of the older members are not posting anymore as they/we once did. anyways I am up to defending a fellow trucker gal also if ya ever need it.

Hi guys and gals.
There is no need to rehash or give more details via the message boards about what hapened.
There are a few bad apples every where.
As TJ said above, if there is ever a problem or complaint please contact one of the admins. We try to stay on top of things. But we can't be every place all the time. The faster something is brought to our attention the faster we can try resolve the issue.

Hey TJ and 71Chev,

Thanks for your help. It all blew up so fast, I didn't really get a chance to think about contacting a mod/admin. I was still in shock over the whole thing and trying to figure out how I was going to respond. LOL

You guys have a big job babysitting all of us so I don't feel anyone is at fault for missing any of this. Things can move pretty quickly around here.

I also don't blame anyone for this happening. You never can know what to expect when you get a bunch of people together in one place. I just hope that in the future people think before they post.

Oh and I can't forget to thank my 73-87 bro's. I now have even more respect than I had for y'all previously.
