Junk pressure switch?

I recently put airride on my 72. My compressor fills the tank, shuts off for a few minutes, then kicks back on and doesent shut off. I did the soapy water test on all my fittings, no luck. Could this just be a bad switch?

Re: Junk pressure switch?

put a pressure gauge on it and see if its building to much pressure.
disconnect the power after its up and see it the pressure or bags drop. It could be a bad pressure switch but I suspect a leak in something . maybe the compressor head is back feeding or a bags is leaking. Do you have a oneway valve after the compressor out line?

yes there's a check valve after the compressor, before the tank.
