What speedo Gear

I know this probably has been asked, but i can't find it. How do I figure out what speedo gear I need. I have a 69 4x4, 327, t221 tranfer case, SM420 tranny, 3.73 gears. The Tranny and transfer case came from a 67 with 4.56 gears and it is wayyyy off. I just drove 180 miles and acording to the speedometer I was going 45 and the odometer said I went 104 miles.

The last link is great - it's got pics of all the gears, both driven & drive, & the different housings that you may need to change. I hope this is of help...
