70 Chevy 1 Ton

I'm putting it here,so I can load more than 5 pics. It's a 157" wheelbase truck w/350 and 4 spd trans. It has p.s., and pb. Truck has 70,000 miles, but I have not run the truck. The p/o drove it to the spot my buddy bought it from a little over a year ago. I'm sure it needs a major tune-up and a carb. rebuild and maybe a tank. ( I will supply another tank. It was a motorhome, but cab was not cut. The cab has very little rust (mainly rockers). Front clip took the wort of the weather since it was not covered. Frame is solid w/surface rust. I know it will need brake work from sitting, but that's just one of those problems with letting vehicles sit, which is the main reason I'm selling. $1350 OBO. Please respond to post. I will take other pics if wanted and can store it for a while if paid for.

Re: 70 Chevy 1 Ton

I've seen this truck, and the pictures make it look worse that it is. It is a real straight, solid truck. If I didn't already have four 1 tons and 867.3 other projects, I'd be all over it!

If I knew I was coming back to PCola next summer, I'd buy it in a Hartbeat, .

At the risk of turning this into an auction, and thereby getting it locked, I'll see his one dog, and raise you a second. I think the neighbor has a cat running around I could throw in on the deal, even.

That's 2 semi-trained dogs and one hungry cat for your old dirty truck...

I'll even throw in a free spouse. She cooks, cleans and is cold year round.

Re: 70 Chevy 1 Ton

without looking through my books, I think that wouldd be a 4.56 gear... one ton, base tranny and a 350... pretty sure.
Looks solid, here's a bump for you.
