My Crew has NEW Shoes...

No job yet (there are a few possibilities) but was able to scrounge up a few $$$ to head out to Long Beach today to grab some new shoes for my rig:
Firestones WWW
Front 235/70R16
Rear: 265/70R16
Wider steel wheels are next. 16x9 in the rear and 16x7 up front. Maybe a set of Mooneyes disc too. Did tires first due to old front set were pretty bad.

I know it needs to be lowered a bit more. Will address this when I get the 14bolt ff rearend re-geared and installed. Soon I hope. This pic was taken with bout 100psi in the rear airshocks.

Btw, Performance Plus is also known on-line as www.hotrodhanks.com

Looks good, I really like that truck! One of the best crewcabs done, some just don't look right.

Re: My Crew has NEW Shoes...

Over the past few years I ain't been able to do much of what I've wanted on the truck. Little by little the work begins. Guess I'll have to create a build thread and take more pics as I go. When I'm wrenching on the truck I get too lazy to wash my hands so the camera stays in it's case. Guess I'll have to break down and do the photo thing as this evolves. Thanks!

Very clean Norm - those tires definitely set off the two-tone
