Anyone looking for an anniversery??? Pics!!

I usually don't post trucks for sale, but this is something well worth the 3K they are asking. Yes, an anniversery that hasn't been modified. sooooooo.....

went out to the Goodguys show today. walked out through the swap meet area and from across the parking lot, I saw a 68 front end. walked closer and noticed that it was an anniversery. the closer I got, the better and more original it was. if I had the money, my wife's Odyessy would be parked in the drive, and this would be in the garage.

anyway, I thought this truck would be right down someone's alley. I have attached multiple pics. I looked under the seat and I found all the original brochures. no rust through. the seat was in excellent condition. the dash wasn't cut. the mileage was insanely low. looks like it might be true! I'll quit talking and let the pics do the talking.

SOMEONE PLEASE BUY THIS TRUCK!! and by the way, I'm not helping someone to sell it. just thought you guys would like to see what is still out there for 3k......

I KNOW, I KNOW!!!! but like I said, I can only own one truck at a time, or things tend to spiral out of control.

I really hope someone on here buys it.

It's nice to see some good deals to still be had out there.

Was the inside of the bed as nice as the rest?

Re: Anyone looking for an anniversery??? Pics!!

it definitely wasn't trashed. a thin coat of patina and a few dents here and there, but definitey restorable. and it was steel, not wood. I looked under the rear end and everything again was as it should be for a 40 year old truck. as for the mileage, it just may be correct. it appears as if it's been in this areait's whole life. if that's the case, there should be much more rust on her. the only mods on her was the steering wheel and the Harley sticker on the rear glass.

but I can't stress it enough, it was all there and never touched!!!! straight, low, low rust, an interior that looks perfect...... Arrrgh! I have to stop thinking about it!

AND I already had the discussion with my wife. It doesn't help that she's an accountant. let's just say that this one will not have my name in the title....

Powell72, have I got you to thinking???

look at the seat, and the dash pad... that sucker is clean.
Did you get a photo of that Roberts Reynolds dealer sticker? The truck was built in St lois, but would that be richmond virginia... or is there a richmond in Mo?

Andy,

there's actually a Richmond, MO (not too far from here in Kansas City) that it came from. now, I wished I would have went through the paperwork (under the seat mind you) to verify.

wonder if Randy (teeitup) or Joe (joesjunk) needs another for the stable??

If she's an accountant then she know about investments... this is one staring her right in the face... Easily $5-6K and up in these parts.
