no fire

hey guys, my 83 c-10 is giving me fits. i got it about a year ago. it had been sitting about a year, i had to work on it some , but got it going. let it sit for about 10 months due to other priorities, went to start it the other day, wouldn't start, put on a new dist. cap, & rotor, wires were replaced when i got it. i'm getting fire to the cap @ the plug in ( batt.) but no fire to the wires, thought it may be the module, put on a new one, still no fire to the wires, the only thing i didn't replace is the coil. could this be the problem ? i have never had a problem with a coil, or could there be something in the dist. grounding it out in some way ? what do you guys think ? thanks Art

Re: no fire

If the cap, rotor, control module, and wires have all been replaced the coil's pretty much all that's left.

Re: no fire

I know it's stupid, but I forgot it this week and it cost me a day or two of headache. Is the Firing order correct?
