Tire gonna fall off?

Ok so my truck just recently started doing this. When i stop at a stop sign and turn/take offit kinds feels like my truck wants to keep steering after i straighten the wheels back up. almost feels like the tires are wobbling, but i had it jacked up and tried shaking the tire... they are tight. uhhh they are also wearing way bad on the outsides of the tires. i know i should take it to a alinment shop but im a find out what it is first kinda guy

ohh i forgot to add it started doing this right after i had it jambed in sum sticky @$$ mud

Re: Tire gonna fall off?

could you have some mud still stuck somwhere around the hubs or brakes? if the wheels shaking you could have mud stuck to the inside of the rim and throwing the balence out?

Re: Tire gonna fall off?

You didn't happen to fasten the tow strap to your tie-rods, or center link, did you? Sounds like you have a serious "Toe In" issue. Do you smell burning rubber when you're driving 30 to 40mph? If you do, then it's time to see your alignment shop. NOW. Don't drive it until you can "see" the air in your tires.

Re: Tire gonna fall off?

Check your alignment shims in your upper control arms. I had the same problem with my 78 the shims would fall out and I the wheel would move froward and back when braking and turning from a stop. This would also wear out the outside of your tires. I would also get a clunk noise while braking.
