wheel clearence?

i was wondering on my 85 gmc would i have to cut out the front inner fenders for clearence on 18's with 245/45/18 im looking to lay the frame out. thanks in advance guys

heres a few pics i have as you can see i have a flipkit on the rear but havent lowered the front yet still tring to figure out if i want to bag it or not also those white strips down the side are from the 2sided tape that was on the trim need to take the time to remove it.
