Sorry about that gang
Crap, I've been on the dang board a day and already screwed up! Sorry about asking for something for my truck, I'll blame it on my gray hair. I suppose the easist thing is to just pay the 25 bucks...anyhow, I'll try to get some pics up. I'm not a boat rocker...

Don't worry about it. The $25 is well worth it though.

Re: Sorry about that gang
That is ok we all have our "Senior Moments". I start drawing Social Security this month, of course it ain't much.
Some days seem to be worse than others for me. The people on here are great, the information plentiful and besides time spent on here is better than time spent watching TV. Danny

Re: Sorry about that gang
In one more year, I'll be drawing my social security, too.
Welcome! from the Heart of Arkansas. As for the $25 tab....you'll never spend it in a more enjoyable place. To have the fun last for a whole year is the best $2+ a month you can ever hope to enjoy. The comraderie is superlative. The B.S. is expected. This is a great bunch of folks who will go the extra mile to help out another member. If you've ever been on that "extra mile", you'll remember that there aren't very many people on it....except here.

Re: Sorry about that gang
Welcome aboard from another old-timer! The rest of them are right, the $25 is well worth it. I've been on SS for three years (hence the screen name) and have plenty of senior moments.....but I earned them!

If it weren't intentional, then no worries whitemare72. Glad to have you on the forum. The subscription price is well worth it, but if you not ready to commit, that's fine too...

Re: Sorry about that gang
I bet you never read the instructions on those Christmas tricycles, either.
It`s those guys who told you about this place`s fault. It should have been the fist thing they told you. Since you have a nice truck,we forgive you this time. We see people slip on WTB rule daily, some new members and some older ones who were around before the rule was put in place.

Re: Sorry about that gang
Think of the $25 as an investment, the knowledge you can gain here a dividend, and you will be a wealthy man. Were you at the k.c. nats last week?
If so hope you stopped by the board row. Gary |

Re: Sorry about that gang
it always amazes me, You'll spend years making a profile in your mind aobut someone on here, there typing skills, there 'wisdom', there knowledge on trucks and life in general.... and then, one day, you find out you were way off.
ChevLoRay... I had always thought you were in your 20's man! Ask Special K... I went a couple years thinking the same about him! whitemare72... don't worry about it man. You don't have to be a boat rocker to make a mistake. We've all broken a rule or two on here, some intentionall, others in all honesty. Pull up a chair, jump into the fun, and see what we are all about. I think you'll discover, this is a very nice place to visit every day. Then, after that, you'll start checking it out 8 or 12 times a day. and before you realize what happened... you'll be pushing 70,000 posts and ... oh wait.... maybe it's just me. |

Age is a state of mind... my ex will tell you I am entering my 20's now (huge step, 6 months ago i was going on 15!!!)
However, sometimes your back gives that state of mind a huge reality slap. |

Re: Sorry about that gang
Yea, I was at the nationals last weekend. I did stop by the booth and of course, several of the guys came by the truck. Seemed like a group of guys and gals I assume. I'll try to post some pics when I figure this board stuff out. Do you happen to know if the only payment accepted to subscribe is via paypal? Can a money order be used or any other method? Thanks

Re: Sorry about that gang
After you've subscribe to the board you can post parts for sale, post WIW (what's it worth) threads, and so much more!
I believe I stopped by and talked with you Saturday afternoon just before the skies opened up and the rain began to fall. My name was Nate, and asked several questions about your truck. I know that someone has a pic of your truck on here....
