Pictures of the project

Here it is boys... the new toy. I have a couple of questions for you truck experts. This is my first classic chevy truck. A couple of bagged and shaved s-10's, and a nova or two on my resume. Is there a diff roof on these trucks? It seems to me that some "humps" are bigger then others. No wise cracks ok.... If so would be nice to know.

Plans are a full shave, shorten the bed, and have a lot of fun doing it all in my garage!! ETA.... 18mths. Built my Nova at home in 11 mths so lets see what happens!!

Oh and I still have not figured out how to resize the pics to post them on here. I am using infran but I cant figure out how to make it 100kb. So any help with that and I will post pics!!

Re: Pictures of the project

The roof panel is the same on all 60-66 trucks. I think it is the door shape that is throwing you off. 60-63 trucks leaned forward while 64-66 leaned back.

I'll leave the wisecrack to Eyegore....

Re: Pictures of the project

Nice looking start. Are you planning to cut the frame or find a short frame and swap the cab over?

On a tangent, do you ever take your Nova, or truck, to the cruise in at BK on Nine Mile Rd?
