Stud guns

Im gonna start doing body work on my truck soon i was just wondering where you guys got your stud gun (how much) andwhat other tools do you use i was thinking about a slide hammer but im to cheap to buy a kit so ill just use one i got and make tip for it any tips on shapes for those.

I haven't bought one yet but Harbor Freight has a stud welder for around $100.

Speitznagle.....They make great guns.....My spelling may be off....But i bought one on their guns about 10 years ago....Use it at least once a day....And its going strong.....I will take a few pics of it when i get in the shop in the A.M

That's the one I have and it works great. It is made by Chicago Electric.

just went to harbour freight and checked out that gun does it run on normal house power or would it need higher amps and do they ship to canada?
