van tilt question?
Hey guys, I have a van tilt from a 78 chevy van and my question is that the tilt has a button on the end of the turn signal lever. Will this titl work in a 68 chevy pickup? thanks Rick

Re: van tilt question?
It will work. You just need to shorten the shaft between the steering box and the column a little and buy the adapter harness so it will plug into your truck. The button is for cruise control. If you don't need cruise control you can just change the turn signal lever to a regular one. There should be a a single wire coming out of the column that goes to the lever with the button. All you have to do is don't hook it up. Hope this helps.
