Drop Spindle install question.....
Ok...I have ECE 2.5 Drop member that I am currently installing.......I replaced the lower ball joins while I was doing the Drop member install...Have them pressed in and am now to the point where I put the drop member on the ball joints.....In ECE's they make it sound like you put it on...and it just slides down to the proper position. I put the spindle on and it goes down to about 1/2 inch from the top of the greese bushing....do I need a special tool to get it down? Is it supposed to just go all the way down with no force...or do I just need to crank on the bolt to get it down...or do I have a wrong lower ball joint?
Thanks ahead of time for any help..

Re: Drop Spindle install question.....
I figured it out...the boot on this ball joint was different and I didn't think the drop spindle was sitting low enough but it is...thanks for the reply though...
