NOS woodgrain trim - the rare one!!! - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

Most entheusiasts know that the hardest piece of NOS woodgrain trim to find for a short wheel base truck is the right, front bedside. This was the first piece discontinued by GM (late 80's, I believe). I have all other 11 NOS pieces and have been desperatly looking for 3 years to find this one. I actually have a few NOS pieces of this obsolete part in black, so I bought the NOS woodgrain tape off the board that Uncle had. I know some will argue that GM never made any tape. True, but someone made it for them and there may be some old rolls of it floating around. After doing some research and talking to some very reputable people, this tape is a perfect match to my other GM pieces and is the correct stuff (made by 3M).

Sorry for the long intro, but here's what I'm offering for sale : 1 New Old Stock right, front bedside trim in black with enough of the correct woodgrain tape to cover it. $175 + shipping.

Josh, I know that uncle did not want to sell any off the roll, but would you be interested in selling 35 feet of the tape? I used the counterpart tape but it is not quite the same as the real thing. Pm me and let me know thanks, Harold
