Re: what kind of out side mirrors do you have

I think these would do real nice on a big 4 X 4 truck.
I want to put more of a sport mirror on myself.

Re: what kind of out side mirrors do you have

as far as real mirros, to be used on a truck used as a truck.... these big fugly things flat out rock

and when you are towing, or when you only have the ohne mirror on that one door and you have too much junk in the back and can't look over your shoulder out the back window, you can swing them out REAL far like this, and almost see around the back of the truck.

Here's what I have now. They are literally worthless if you are towing, or if you think you wanna use them for backing up, and for normal driving, they are one step above worthless... but man they look cool.

Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

Re: what kind of out side mirrors do you have

At first I didn't like big mirrors but after some time I like them now. Big mirrors and quet exhaust add that special touch when I am passing new trucks or suvs.

Re: what kind of out side mirrors do you have

I think the stock mirrors n the 67's are much better functionaly than the 72 sport mirrors. Do want to use them or have them look neat? Function/safety over looks.

I've got the larger ones,
there not as sporty as the small mirrors but are functional.

Re: what kind of out side mirrors do you have

What mirrors to us definitely depends on what you expect of them. I haul things occasionally with my K20 so I've got a quality set of big/stable mirrors

I used to have the smaller style tripod mirrors and they shaked so bad they we worthless for me.

Re: what kind of out side mirrors do you have

I got a peep mirror and plan to get another for the other side. I don't like the really bgi ones but the regualr size ones are ok for me. The PO filled the holes on the doors so I figure I will leave it that way since it is already done and clean looking.

mine are off a 73 I believe they are smaller than 72 sport mirrors. They look nice but passenger side is almost not useable
