Re: 1964 Rat rod burnout
I think you need longer arms to cover the last of the blue paint on the back of the cab. Otherwise, two thumbs up.

Re: 1964 Rat rod burnout
Get a shroud for that fan or a large spacer.. It is wayyy far away and won't do much for cooling.
Also, I think it needs a little tuning with the poping and fire coming from the exhaust. Other than that, looks like a good start. You'll be joining us in the racing section sooner than later..

Re: 1964 Rat rod burnout
The photos in the begining flip too quickly. The volume level of the exhaust when the camera is close to the truck overpowers the music too much. The guy holding the camera needs a tripod.
The truck looks great aside from the single wheel spin. |

Re: 1964 Rat rod burnout
You could alway do a hillbilly locker, fire up the linclon arc and burn the spider gears to the side gears and carrier...I will probably get trashed for the suggestion, but I did it to the 1st jeep ever on full size axles, dana 60 steers in both ends and have wheeled it hard fo 17 years and never brokes one.

Thanks for posting your engine combo. I am thinking of poping a cam in my 350. Yours sounds nice. Looks like a fun project.
