That's tight yo! MEMBERS ONLY! Makes me wanna install one in my burb. Oh yeah I AM!
again looks good. I have a soft spot for squares. Both my 1-tons are late 80's. My Dually gets the DM treatment next.

Re: porterbuilt rear dropmember

csbatey,... Is your truck air'd out all the way in the first picture? I also have a rear Dropmember,... but yours is the newer version. The reason I ask,... My 4-link bars extend thru the bed floor, along with the drive shaft notch, and driveshaft "crossmember notch". Or is all of your suspension under the floor?

Re: porterbuilt rear dropmember

csbatey,... I bought the Performance Online aluminum fuel cell that is notched around the rear-most frame crossmember. Now Nate thinks (and so do I) that cell is too close to the ground and should be raise. I was looking at a black powder coated aluminum fuel cell from Summit Racing. It's part # SUM-291220-SD. It's a 20 gallon cell that measures 20x24x10. It has a dropped sump with 2 #8 AN fittings, a #8 return line fitting and a vent. I don't need an electric fuel pump,... but I thinkit would work between the frame rails. I wish mine was as nice as your truck. Did you have any trouble with your rear wheel size or backspacing? I was thinking I might need a 6" BS on a 10" rim.

Re: porterbuilt rear dropmember

I may decide to sell. (If I do I'll PM you) I'd like to use it since they cost so much! I'm not ready to take a loss on it just yet.
