Replacing a Bedside

To make a long story short, my truck had a brush with a pole at a gas station. I was sick to my stomach. After looking closer, looks like the PO also had an accident and repaired the fender with bondo. I also discovered holes drilled through that look like a dent puller had been attached. Rather than repair, I want to replace and was told by another board member that the short wheel base bedside from Brothers worked well for his truck. Does anyone know who the manufacturer is? I also noticed other vendors that sell them and wondered if they were all the same. Here are some pics of the damage.
