I have a 71 shortbed rolling frame for sale, it is straight, complete and original, the only alteration on it is that the trans cross member was cut out, its ends are still riveted in place. It has front discs, which were standard that year, five lug all around. All brake lines are in place, it has a manual gear box. The cab is still mounted in place on the frame, however I have gutted it for another project, it is a shell that has rusted to its keels beyond repair. It also has its original stepside bed that goes with the frame, I have removed all usable parts for my other project so it is scrap. I have the title ready for transfer to the whole vehicle, it will go with the cab if I am to separate it from the frame. I also have original Texas 1971 plates, unused, for sale. I am open to offers for whole thing or will sell separately. Asking $550, will consider a trade. I have included pics, they are old ones though, the engine pictured is gone, as well as the steering column.

Anyone remotely interested? I'd hate to roll it across the scales, the frame is in great shape.

Does tag, title and frame all match. Is the first 2 digits in vin ce or cs. Was it a six or v-8. What kind of parts do you need. Let me know.

I am interested, but Humble is a bit too far from AZ, unless you have a trip planned this way?

Tag, title, and vin all match. Title is ready for transfer. This was a low option, 250 ci six truck. First two digits are CS

I would take a complete stepside bed for a trade, but for what I am offering it would have to be rustfree and damage free.

Sorry 70rs/ss, I am not heading that way anytime soon.

i would buy the drivshaft from you if its a onepeice for a turbo 350

Sorry, the drive shaft is not for sale. Billdo, I would recommend having a cv shaft shop make a new one for you, the old ones are often out of balance because of their age and multiple u-joints being knocked in and out. There is an awesome one here in Houston that I think does mail order sales, CT Shaft.
