4-way hazard lights problem
My hazard lights will not work with the button pushed in unless the turn signals are switched on also, and the key turned on. The turn signals work fine. I just replaced my column with a rebuilt one. The 4-way switch in the old column was broken, so I don't know if this is an old problem, or one with the new column.

Re: 4-way hazard lights problem
I just replaced my column with one from KevsClassics. The schematics I could find don't really show how this thing is wired. Ony my column I had a gray wire that I didn't hook up because I couldn't find a place for it. I hooked it to the fuse panel and the hazard lights worked! The way I can see it is you have one normal hot feed for the turn signals and one feed wire for the hazards. That may be why yours doesn't work unless the turn signal is on. The gray wire should go to a hot source that does not go off when the key is in the off position. Now, having said all that, when you turn the hazards on do you hear the flasher at top of the fuse box work? You can hear it tick on and off if its working. That should be ticking even without the gray hooked up. Let us know how it goes.

Re: 4-way hazard lights problem
Well, I started cleaning up the wiring mess thats under my dash, And I could see where the 4-way flasher is suppose to go! Yeah, that's right, mine was gone! Put one in and they work. Thanks for putting that thought in my head. BTW, the gray wire is for the shift indicator light. Still haven't hooked mine up yet. Thanks again, Dave.
