Upgraded Front suspension on C20's?

Has anybody on here ever upgraded to better suspension on there C20 for better handling and ride?. Im very curious about this, because I would like to do this to mine.

You can use whatever springs and sway bars made for 1/2t trucks,can`t you?

I just did this on a 68 C20. Swapped everything from 84 C20 except the front crossmember. I used my brake hoses from the drum brakes and they screwed right in to the calipers. Diddn't have to rerun any steel lines. I bought a front "stub" from a salvage yard. They just cut the frame rails aft of the crossmember. If you need any other info. let me know. What year is your truck?
