speedometer gear?
ok so my speedometer hasnt worked since I bought my truck back in december. So today I decide why not go and fix it. well I got the cable and every thing off and i find that the pin in between the 90 degree connector and the transfer case has twisted and snapped and a piece is stuck inside the actual shaft with the gear on it. So basically I need to know where I can get the connecting pin and gear from. Ill post pics if anyone doesnt know what im talking about.

Re: speedometer gear?
I have a 2wheel drive, but the speedo didn't work either. Once I found that it wasn't the speedo itself, I found this site for all my speedometer needs.
http://www.transmissioncenter.net/sp...n_______va.htm They also sell transmission parts, I have bought a few there when I could't find them locally (I love the internet!) http://www.transmissioncenter.net/highperflist.htm Last edited by worthirt_99; 10-13-2008 at 11:44 PM. |
