New Tool!!
Bought a cheap Shrinker/Stretcher from Harbor Freight over the weekend. Thought I would try it out tonight.
It took me longer to bend the flange over a piece of angle iron than it did to make this bend. My Jimmy is really rusty and I need to make a patch panel for the front of the bedside right behind the doors. What do you think? Not too bad for a first try. |

Re: New Tool!!
I am not an expert by any means, but this really was the result of less than 5 minutes of work. I tried it out on a strip of metal just to see which die did what. Bent the flange and started shrinking.

Re: New Tool!!
I bought the same thing from Eastwood to fix exactly the same area. That was 2 years ago I bought it, haven't used it yet, nice to see it works.
