Has anybody put this on a 89-98 truck? We installed one on the race car I help with and thought about putting on one my truck since I think my mechanical one is failing do to the dredded whine in the morning that has progressed to an all day event, and it would free up power the same as an electric fan would.

Any thoughts about how the speed sensative steerign would or would not be affected? I am not famililar with my steering system enought to have everything figured out yet?
